              趙國屏博士/名譽(yù)中心主任

              微生物組群落結構與宿主代謝組學(xué)的關(guān)聯(lián)分析,微生物宏基因組、菌種泛基因組。

              趙國屏,博士,研究員,中國科學(xué)院院士,任中國科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院合成生物學(xué)研究所首席科學(xué)家。研究領(lǐng)域包括微生物代謝調控及酶的結構功能與反應機理,開(kāi)發(fā)相應的微生物多組學(xué)分析技術(shù)。主持了若干重要微生物基因組和功能基因組研究,完成了對重要致病菌鉤端螺旋體的全基因組測序和注釋?zhuān)b定若干關(guān)鍵代謝途徑和功能基因,為深入研究其致病機理提供新的思路。主持了SARS分子流行病學(xué)和SARS冠狀病毒的進(jìn)化研究,為認識該病毒的動(dòng)物源性及其從動(dòng)物間傳播到人間傳播過(guò)程中基因組、特別是關(guān)鍵基因的變異規律奠定了基礎。中國科學(xué)院微生物組研究計劃的學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人和微生物組大數據平臺建設的積極推動(dòng)者,致力于微生物組研究的技術(shù)標準化和組學(xué)大數據資源的挖掘和平臺化。
